Who Was REALLY Behind The 2001 Anthrax Attacks?
Answer: it was a lab leak 20-years before the COVID-19 lab leak.
As affirmed by the FBI and the DoJ, the anthrax letter attacks originated from a US Army laboratory. The stated motive according to the FBI and DoJ was to save and rejuvenate the failing anthrax vaccine program. The attacked entities included Senator Tom Daschle on Capitol Hill, one of the lawmakers who was appealing to the DoD to resurvey their judgments on the punishments "meted out" against US troops.

Whereas the FDA preamble was to ensure proven safe and effective vaccines to the American public, with the advent of EUA law as a workaround for anthrax vaccine the government unwound and diluted historic protections by only providing reasonably or possibly safe and effective vaccines. And the government broke EUA law as well with mandates.
